For each unexplored room entered, grants 1 Mantra; or 2 Mantra if it is a special room.

With at least 10 Mantra, if Isaac isn't in Divinity, automatically consumes 10 Mantra to enter Divinity within the current room.

When Isaac enters Divinity:
• Fully recharges Isaac's active item.
• Spawns 2-4 random pickups.

When Isaac is in Divinity:
• Grants ×3 damage multiplier.
• Grants flight.
